Designed as a calming summer gathering, this experience is limited to 10 guests to keep the evening intentional and personal
Guests should bring their own yoga or pilates mats. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before class time in order to set up and settle into the space. All guests will need to sign a waiver before participating.
About the Atrium Space
The Atrium Space is a multi-use creative space and 24/7 Movement Sanctuary, Community Hub, and Wellness Center for Art, Performance Art, Physical Exploration located in the Box Factory in Ridgewood. The Atrium offers Yoga, Muay Thai, Pole, Acro, Circus, and other movement and meditation classes. We’re delighted to host Sierra in our space.
